The grip of the P11 is small, so you will have to dig a little to get a grip on it vs if you had a full sized gun with an FBI cant that keeps the full grip above the belt line. You can also put it on and take it off getting in an out of a vehicle or sitting at a desk. You don't get any padding like from a Hybrid holster, but if you're gun is light like the P11, you don't have to have your pants and belt as tight to hold it all up, so that's the trade off.
